Cancellation Policy

It is our goal to make sure you’re 100% satisfied with your Web on Demand membership, and we hope you’ll give us the opportunity to deal with any issues you might face. If, however, you need to cancel for any reason, we try to make the process as easy and straightforward as possible.

Lock-in period

The minimum membership duration is 12 months. While cancellation is possible in the first year of service, you will still be liable for the entire outstanding annual payment.

Monthly and Annual Memberships

After the first year, if you’d like to cancel your membership, cancellation request must be received by the 15th of the month to avoid being charged for the following month. Regretfully, we are unable to refund monthly payments. If your membership is an annual one, we are able to refund your unused time, minus the discount you received for the payment. If the discount exceeds your credit, you will not be charged for the difference.

Your Website and Domain name

You maintain legal ownership of your domain name(s) and email addresses under all circumstances. These will be forwarded to a host of your choice upon cancellation, either by us or the receiving host.

We build your website directly into our platform however, and it uses centralized resources (such as our booking and ecommerce tools). We do this to save you development hours, and maintain the tools from a central location. This means that even if we were to send you your website, it would not retain any of its functionality and would lose most of its appearance.

As such, please be aware that while we’re happy to send you your file package, you will need to hire a developer to rebuild it into an environment of your choice. Please note that we are not responsible for providing you with a working website upon cancellation, nor are we liable for any expenses incurred while rebuilding it.

How to Cancel

To cancel, you need only email us on, stating the reason. This is required to cancel memberships paid through the automatic payment plan, as well as the fully-paid annual plans.

You will receive acknowledgment of your request within five working days. If eligible for a refund, your refund will be processed as mentioned above, less an €8 refund fee, and forwarded to your account within four weeks.
